Designed temporary propping from ground to fifth floor, structural retention to upper levels, and 238 padstones installed across four buildings.

The assignment involved installing a designed, temporary propping scheme from the ground floor up to the fifth floor, alongside structural retention work on upper levels. Work encompassed removing roof slabs, various floor slabs, spine walls, and staircases across multiple buildings.

Additionally, the team cut out for and installed 238 padstones ready for the new steel work across all four buildings and created openings for doors and risers throughout the structures.

The initial contract period was 13 weeks, commencing in December 2014 with work beginning the following month.
