Yes — Berkley Demolition is a London-based contractor delivering demolition, soft strip and cut-and-carve projects across all 32 London boroughs and the Home Counties (Surrey, Kent, Essex, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire) for main contractors and developers.
Top-down and high-reach demolition, soft strip, cut and carve, façade retention, asbestos removal, concrete cutting, diamond drilling, site clearance, temporary works and on-site recycling.
We are CHAS, SafeContractor and Constructionline accredited, and registered with Builders Profile. Every site manager holds an SMSTS certificate. We hold full public and employer liability insurance.
For most London projects we can mobilise within 2–4 weeks of award. Early appraisals, pre-commencement audits and risk assessments can usually be turned around within a few working days.
We produce a Site Waste Management Plan for every project and segregate waste into multiple streams on site, regularly achieving 95–98% material recovery and recycling.
